Features

The machine is dedicated to inspect Ampoule or vial products for possible liquid leakage. It can also inspect pinhole and cracks on those bottles.

Functional description

Loading: Bottles are sent to infeed screw conveyor through conveying device.
Leakage detection: while bottles running forward in screw conveyor, the bottles will be turned 90° to be horizontal, finishing leak detection and then turned 90° to be vertical.
Unloading: if bottle is qualified, outfeed starwheel will send bottle to qualified starwheel, which will send bottle to qualified tray.
Defect rejection: if bottle is unqualified, outfeed starwheel will send bottle to rejection starwheel, which will send bottle to rejection tray.The whole process is finished.
