● The fuel source used is either liquefied petroleum gas or city gas.
● The cam design, combined with computer simulation and geometric analysis, ensures accurate ampoule intersection between the screw, the sector block, and the walking beam. This results in minimal bottle breakage, and an almost zero bottle breakage rate.
● The infeed screw is made of poly-formaldehyde material.
● The ampoule rotating and heating process is carried out on a movable track designed by patented technology to ensure even heating and beautifully smooth sealing.
● The patented stainless steel burning nozzle technology is adopted for the filling and sealing machine. This technology is not susceptible to corrosion, blockages, or incomplete burning and can be used for all kinds of liquefied petroleum gas.
● The drive spindle and rotary bottle drive shaft are imported chrome-plated shafts with high hardness, made of high chromium bearing steel. They possess excellent strength, no deformation, and excellent corrosion resistance.
● The bottle discharging device features replaceable, wear-resistant, highly elastic, plastic shrapnel made of polymer material.
